  • Non-transferable

Credit vouchers are provided solely as a courtesy and do not represent a monetary refund.

  • Technical disruptions
  • Low enrollment

  • Access will be transferred to the new date

No monetary refunds will be issued in such cases.

No refunds will be issued due to temporary technical disruptions.

7. Duplicate or Incorrect Registrations

If a participant:

  • Registers for the wrong webinar
  • Enters incorrect attendee quantity
  • Makes duplicate payment

XYZcompany.com may issue a Credit Voucher valid for 12 months instead of a monetary refund.

Refunds to the original payment method will not be processed.

8. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection

Improper chargebacks may result in:
