  • Participant being unable to join due to device or browser issues

  • Delays caused by user-side technical limitations

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by XYZcompany.com

5. Alternatives to Refunds

If you are unable to attend a webinar or if changes occur, you may choose from the following alternatives:

b) Access the 1-Time Recording

If available for that session.

c) Switch to another webinar of equal value

You may transfer your registration to a similar upcoming program.

d) Receive a Credit Voucher

  • Equal to the amount paid
  • Valid for 12 months
  • Can be used for any training on XYZcompany.com
  • Non-transferable

e) Exchange for On-Demand Recordings

Applicable if an alternate recorded version is available.

6. Speaker-Related Issues

XYZcompany.com works with experienced speakers; however, we are not responsible for:

  • Speaker delays
  • Variations in content or opinions
  • Audio/video quality issues
  • Slides or materials not provided
  • Topics or delivery style not matching personal expectations

If a session cannot be completed due to speaker issues, suitable alternatives will be provided.

7. Technical Issues

Registrant-Side Issues

XYZcompany.com is not responsible for participant-side problems such as:

  • Weak or unstable internet
  • Browser/device incompatibility
  • Audio configuration issues
  • VPN, firewall, or corporate network restrictions

Speaker-Side Issues

If technical issues occur on the speaker’s side:

  • The session may be paused and continued
  • A new session may be scheduled
  • A recording may be provided
  • A replacement speaker may conduct the program

Refunds will not be issued for technical disruptions.

8. Incorrect or Duplicate Registrations

If you register for the wrong webinar or select an incorrect attendee count:

  • Provide accurate details
  • A Credit Voucher valid for 12 months may be provided as a courtesy

9. Force Majeure

  • Government restrictions
